7-Day Replacement Guarantee
Core Concept
Except for the excluded categories listed below, customers are given the opportunity to test a purchased product in their own home for 7 days. If the item does not meet the customer's needs, they may exchange it for another model within the same category, provided the value of the new item is equal to or greater than the original purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions & Rules

Exchange Conditions: Replacing a product with the exact same model is not permitted. You may only exchange it for a different model within the same category that is not cheaper than the original item.

Refunds: No cash refunds are issued under this program; only exchanges are permitted.

Limits: An exchange for the same purchase can only be performed once. An already exchanged item cannot be exchanged again under these terms.

Pricing: During an exchange, the new product must be sold at the current market price active on the day of the exchange.

Sales Channels: These terms apply to purchases made in-store, online, or directly from the warehouse.
Condition and Visual Standards

Wear and Tear: Minor signs of use (e.g., light scratches) are acceptable—such items will subsequently be sent to the Outlet.

Packaging: The product box must be preserved, returned, and in good condition.

Damages: If the product shows signs of damage caused by the user, mechanical damage, defects, or is broken, it is not eligible for exchange.

Service and Dismantling: The cost of dismantling built-in appliances (e.g., washing machines, dishwashers) is not covered by this promotion.
Timing and Deadlines

Delivery: For delivered items, the 7-day period begins from the date of receipt.

Store Transfers: When a product is transferred from another branch, the 7-day trial starts from the following day (regardless of how many days it takes the customer to pick it up from the store).

Restrictions: Exchanging a product solely based on a change of mind regarding the color is not permitted.

Gifts: If a gift was received during the initial purchase, its value will be deducted if an exchange is processed.
Administration

In-store exchanges must be approved by a Technical Expert.

For home collections, the Delivery Team provides the assessment of the product's condition.

Consultants and cashiers must specify in the system that the process is being completed under the "7-Day Exchange Policy."
Important Note: There are no changes to the standard (legally mandated) 14-day exchange/return rules.
