How do I purchase the product?

Select the desired product and add it to the cart. Place an order or send a request through the "One-stop order" function.

Is cash payment possible?

Cash payment is not possible at the time of delivery. However, if you choose to pick up the order from the preferred branch, you can pay in cash at our store.

How many days does it take to ship?

Delivery to Tbilisi and Batumi is carried out within 1-2 working days from the order. and in the regions up to 3-7 working days.

How much does it cost to use the delivery service?

If your order exceeds 100 GEL, delivery to Tbilisi and Batumi is free. And for purchases up to 100 GEL, a transportation fee of 10 GEL is added.

Regional delivery charges depend on the weight of the item and the specific address.

Is it possible to pay in installments online?

When purchasing an item online, you can take advantage of bank instalments. At this stage, we have  BOG, TBC and also the payment of the Bank of Georgia part-part.

Is it possible to use online domestic installments?

Online internal installments are not available at this time.

How do I make an internal installment?

Internal installments can be made in our branches. You only need an ID card for this. Detailed information can be found at the link.
