Return Policy
The terms used in these rules have the following meanings:

The website works in strict accordance with the law "Protection of User's Rights." According to Articles 13 and 14 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights," you can unconditionally return the goods purchased on the site within 14 days from the day of the physical receipt of the goods.
The customer loses the right to return an item after 14 days from the actual receipt of the item.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer is obliged to return the goods to the trader or to a third party designated by him immediately after sending the notification about the withdrawal from the contract, but no later than seven calendar days, unless the trader himself undertook to take back the goods.
In case of contract cancellation, the trader is obliged to return the amount paid to the customer, as well as, if any, the amount paid to compensate the delivery cost in full, without delay, no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the notification about the contract cancellation.
The customer is obliged to pay the cost of return.
The unconditional right of return does not apply to products worth up to 30 GEL.
If the customer uses the goods more than what does not involve determining their nature and characteristics, the value of the goods will be reduced. The customer will cover the difference.
In the case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the trader has the right to refuse the refund until the goods have been returned or the customer has received a document confirming the shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier unless the trader himself has undertaken to take back the goods.
This rule also applies to goods purchased on the spot in the store (it is not mandatory to fill out the return form for these goods).
Returned goods must be presented in the original packaging (does not mean that the packaging has been opened), with the completed warranty card and the payment receipt.
Returned goods must not have the following:
1) Traces of unauthorized repair.
2) physical damage.
Goods are subject to return, except in the following cases:
the goods supplied are manufactured to the customer's specifications or are personalized;
the delivered goods are perishable or have a short shelf life;
Hermetically sealed goods have been delivered, the hermeticity of which has been broken after delivery and, therefore, cannot be returned due to compliance with health or hygiene standards;
goods are delivered, which after delivery, according to their characteristics, were inseparably combined with other goods;
A sealed audio or video recording or software was delivered, the seal of which was broken after delivery.
Return procedure
To return the goods, the customer must fill out a form in which he must indicate:
1- Date of purchase
2- Order number
3 - name, surname
4- personal number
5 - contact phone
6- Product to be returned
7- Number of units
8- Product price
9- Reason for return (not mandatory)
10- In case of a defect/flaw, indicate the defect/flaw (not mandatory)
11 - User's signature (if the form is filled out on paper)
The completed return form should be sent to (e-)mail: [email protected], or a message should be sent to the official Facebook page.
The buyer can also call the hotline *6060 with the specified request and inform about the intention to return the goods. According to the operator's instructions, he can go to any "Kontakt" store and inform the store consultant about his intention. The money paid for the goods by the buyer is returned after a technical expert in the store evaluates the goods. If the on-site examination cannot be conducted, the goods are sent to the service centre for expert assessment. Once it is determined that the product(s) returned by the customer meet all of the above return conditions, the buyer will be fully reimbursed for their value, including shipping costs, except for the additional fee paid by the customer for non-standard or better than the company's offered delivery service. Refunds will be made using the same payment method the buyer used to purchase the returned item unless the customer has expressly agreed to use a different payment method. If the recipient of the goods entered in the order form and the person who paid for the goods are two other persons, the amount will be returned to the payer.
Suppose we do not offer to collect the goods on our own. In that case, the customer must send the goods or hand them over to us or a person authorized by us to receive the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than seven days from the date of your notification of withdrawal from the contract.
The customer shall bear only the direct costs of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear these costs or have notified the customer that they must bear them.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods due to improper handling unless the value of the goods has been reduced due to use related to determining the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
In case of agreement termination, the user must refrain from using the software or digital service and from providing them to third parties.
If the user exercises the right to withdraw from the service contract after receiving the service, he must pay the company the proportional amount of the service that was provided until the user informs the company about the withdrawal from the contract. The proportional amount payable by the customer to the company is calculated based on the total price agreed in the contract.
The Company is not obliged to reimburse additional costs if the Customer has chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest type of delivery offered by the Company.
If the Company has not offered you to collect the goods yourself, then in relation to the sales contracts, the Company can withhold the refund until the goods are returned or until the customer provides proof that he sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Upon termination of the Agreement, the Company may prevent the User from continuing to use the Software or Digital Service, in particular by making the Software or Digital Service unavailable to the User by cancelling/deactivating the User's account.
The cost of the service will not be refunded after the full performance of the service if the performance begins with the prior consent of the customer and with the knowledge that he will lose the right of withdrawal after the full performance of the contract by the seller. If the service has already been provided, only the return of the product and not the service may be requested.
Additional Terms:
If the product is purchased by non-cash payment, the store sends a return request to the bank whose customer is the buyer. The buyer returns the money within 14 calendar days.
