Warranty

Terms and concepts used

 The terms used in these rules have the following meanings:

 "ABC-Telecom GE" LLC and/or the company/seller/trader - limited liability company "ABC-Telecom GE" ( 405485915, address: Tbilisi, Central Railway Station, Station Square #2, Tbilisi Central shopping centre; hotline: *6060).

A 2-year statutory warranty applies to goods purchased by a natural person, after which some e-mails in the company's range will expire. Specific models of household appliances, or certain vital parts thereof, are also covered by this commercial warranty, the terms and conditions of which are set out in the email. The warranty conditions of the manufacturer of household goods and e-mail are in the goods warranty coupons.

This warranty does not apply to goods purchased by legal/entrepreneurial persons and government organizations.

Other conditions:

 In the case of commercial use of non-commercial household appliances, the commercial warranty period of the product is defined as 2 (two) months.

Commercial warranty conditions:
Commercial warranty service covers the conditions established by the official brand, which is indicated in the company's warranty coupons and the manufacturer's warranty conditions;

Commercial warranty service means free repair or replacement of the item during the commercial warranty period. Commercial warranty service is performed in authorized service centres at the addresses specified in the commercial warranty card;

To receive commercial warranty service at the service centre, you must submit a commercial warranty coupon, along with a document confirming payment and the manufacturer's commercial warranty coupon (if any);

Manufacturer's commercial warranty card (if applicable) takes precedence;

The commercial warranty card must contain the item's name, serial/IME code, buyer's name, date of purchase, and stamp of the selling company. Otherwise, the product will not be covered by the commercial warranty service;

In case of validity of the commercial guarantee, the transportation of oversized equipment to the service centre and vice versa is free for the user (within a radius of 30 km from the service centre) for the following equipment:* Refrigerator, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, heater, air conditioner, built-in surface, oven (not microwave), hood, TV from 43". For general appliances: * Refrigerator, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, heater, air conditioner, built-in surface, oven (not microwave), hood, TV from 43", the customer must call the authorized service centre of the appliance brand to arrange a recall and receive instructions. In case of validity of the commercial guarantee, the transportation of any other equipment to the service centre and vice versa is carried out at the user's expense.

False calls to the service centre at the address are charged and will be reimbursed by the customer. The tariff is 20 GEL for each false call.

The service centre is obliged to repair the damaged equipment according to the conditions specified in the commercial warranty card within 15 calendar days of receipt at the service centre. However, suppose the equipment is replaced with a spare part unavailable on-site and is issued from abroad. In that case, this period will be extended for 30 days until the working day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If it is impossible to repair the item or the item cannot be repaired within the mentioned period, the item will be replaced with a product of a new identical model, or in the absence of such, it will be replaced with another model of similar specification by agreement with the customer, or the contract will be terminated. The law will return the paid value. Only the defective item is replaced, not the complete set (accessories, consumables, packaging, box).

Under the terms of the commercial warranty (after the expiration of the two-year statutory warranty), the item will not be replaced in the following cases:
1. The item is hygienic (eg, headphones, shavers, etc.);
2. The item is installed (e.g. built into furniture, attached to a wall, etc.).

Commercial warranty service does not apply or is cancelled in the following cases:

On equipment that is physically damaged;
During shipping shocks,
scratched, cracked, burnt and so on;
in violation of the operating rules;
when an authorized service centre specialist does not perform installation or warranty work;
in case of damage caused by cockroaches, insects, rodents and natural disasters;
Warranty service does not apply to product accessories and details;
In case of problems caused by incorrect installation (if an authorized service centre specialist does not perform the installation)
in case of correction of the talon;
in case of damage caused by mechanical impact;
If the appropriate technical service is not carried out during the warranty period. Services (cleaning of filters, drainage system, etc.)
if the manufacturer's complaint does not cause damage to the item, butrather  by its incorrect use and violation of the operating rules;
If liquid, steam or other foreign bodies get into the device, there is damage.
The damage is caused by electrical network failure (voltage change), mechanical damping, corrosion, and exposure to high and low temperatures.
In the case of works performed without referring to a service centre authorized by the selling organization. (mechanical damage, exposure to chemical substances, arbitrary repairs, installation, dismantling, unstable voltage).
The unit is out of order due to fire, flood, or other natural disaster.
A factory fault does not cause the defect
The device protection standards specified in the product specifications reduce but do not eliminate the probability of receiving this damage. The user must protect the purchased item from mechanical, thermal and water damage.
