Order in Store

You can place an online order from any Kontakt Home store!

To do so, order the desired item online. When placing the order, you can select any of our branches that is most convenient for you.

After placing the order, our representative will contact you within a few minutes to confirm the details. Once you receive the notification, you can visit the branch and pick up the item already prepared for you.

If you prefer delivery by courier, the conditions are as follows:

• In Tbilisi and Batumi, for orders up to 100 GEL, the delivery fee is 10 GEL. Delivery is free for orders over 100 GEL.
• The delivery fee for other regions depends on the location and weight of the ordered product. (Our website will automatically calculate the delivery fee at the time of ordering.)

Delivery timeframes:

• In Tbilisi and Batumi: 1–2 business days
• In other regions: up to 3–7 business days (depending on the delivery address)

Please note:

•If you choose to pick up the order yourself from a branch but the selected branch is out of stock, you can either visit another branch or request a courier service to transfer the item. In this case, the additional cost is paid directly by the customer.

•It is necessary to check the order on-site, verify it, and ensure that the delivered product and product details match what you ordered on Kontakt.ge before signing the acceptance and delivery form.
